Hazard Recognition
Primarily, the goal of safety policies is to get employees to see or imagine the ever present hazards. The shortest path in
that process is to use graphical illustration(s).  

Hazard Recognition training is the right method for establishing a healthy safety culture because it begins at the employees
perspective and leads toward best practices.

Workbook Definition: The employee must work his/her way through the material, writing out answers to Hazard
Recognition.  Writing is a form of “hands-on” training utilized by Universities utilized by Universities and Colleges.and
Hazard Recognition Training puts the Hazards front and center whereby the uninitiated become aware and the experienced
cannot ignore.
